Central Coast born and bred, Leonie has had a passion for animals and the arts as long as she can remember.

Her early studies were at the College of Fine Arts in NSW, where her love of all things creative blossomed.

Having worked in many mediums, from pottery to textiles, jewellery and calligraphy, her creativity in recent times is predominantly through watercolour. Her paintings showcase the beauty of our local animals, plants and landscapes as well as art inspired by original photographs of Australia.

Leonie enjoys getting more people involved with creating… including through demonstrations at exhibitions and running classes in person and online.
